1- DEFINITION OF SHAREWARE - DISTRIBUTION

Slideshow SDK is a shareware.
Shareware distribution gives users a chance to try software before buying it.
If you try a Shareware program and continue using it, you are expected to register.

The unregistered shareware is limited to use with limited features.
Copyright laws apply to both Shareware and commercial software, and the copyright holder retains all rights, with a few specific exceptions as stated below.

The trial version of Slideshow SDK is available for distribution by any party.
Anyone may distribute the complete and unregistered version of Slideshow SDK for any kind of remuneration (if so, you must specify that this program is a shareware not a freeware). These must be exact copies of the officially released version in its self-extracting file or archive. If so, e2eSoft would like to be advised so that the distributor can be kept up-to-date with the latest version of Slideshow SDK.

But, you may NOT distribute valid registration codes without our prior agreement.

You are encouraged to pass a copy of the trial version of Slideshow SDK along to your friends for evaluation.
2- DISCLAIMER - AGREEMENT

Users of Slideshow SDK must accept this disclaimer of warranty:

Slideshow SDK is supplied as is. The author disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The author assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of Slideshow SDK.

Slideshow SDK is a "shareware program" and is provided at no charge to the user for evaluation. Feel free to share it with your friends, but please do not give it away altered or as part of another system. The essence of "user-supported" software is to provide personal computer users with quality software without high prices, and yet to provide incentive for programmers to continue to develop new products.

If you find this program useful and find that you are using Slideshow SDK and continue to use Slideshow SDK after a reasonable trial period, you must make a registration payment to e2eSoft (please visit http://www.e2esoft.cn for more details). The registration fee will license one copy for use on one computer at any one time. Commercial users of Slideshow SDK must register and pay for their copies of Slideshow SDK within 15 days of first use or their license is withdrawn.
3- RESTRICTIONS

You may not reverse engineer, de-compile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation. You may not rent, lease, or lend the SOFTWARE. You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this EULA, provided the recipient agrees to the terms of this EULA. You may not use the SOFTWARE to perform any unauthorized transfer of information (e.g. transfer of files in violation of a copyright) or for any illegal purpose.
4- EXCEPTIONS
